What the statement above means in reality is the rules mean nothing because we will lie, cheat and steal to gain power and even worse to keep it. Lie number two, "The Right to Keep and Bear Arms is the right of the State to have a militia and a police force. More of the same from the same cesspool. Keep and Bear Arms is the right of citizens to Own and Carry. And use if need be. The left knows full well that all political power comes from the barrel of a gun, that's why they want to be the only ones to have the guns.
