Glenn Beck: Lying or dumbest criminals in history?

Two Japanese nationals were caught with $134.5 billion dollars of bonds — which they were either smuggling or counterfeiting. There are huge fines in Italy for smuggling bonds that the government could get up to 40% of the value. They had $500 million bonds on them — who in the world would be able to take $500 million bonds? Glenn breaks down the situation and goes over the possible scenario’s.
